And here we are again, 7 years after I've posted this request for all of those that come to my page and have a look at my content. I have been a photographer for the last 30+ years and have tons of images that I have taken that I have never posted anywhere before, posting the cream of the crop, as it were. I joined this platform not only to to show the works that I've done over the years, but also to explore the posts made by other artists, regardless of the type of art they are posting. My work has always been for those artists that have taken the time to show the community to show off their work and show us their talents. There is no talent in opening a DA account and just collect favourites without having anything to contribute of your own. I will respond and appreciate those that are artists that take the time to showcase their work while also showing respect to other artists. I have NO respect for those here to only collect images for their wanking material. Nuff said.

I prefer those DA members that are liking my works and adding them to their own favourites lists that they first should have their own personal collection of art work in their own galleries. Nothing creepier then having people only having 100's a images that they like and have nothing to contribute in return.

Just a note for all DA users. I started my portfolio here with the goal of having a site to showcase some of my works over the years. I enjoy the compliments and especially the comments. And in turn I like to ad some of the other deviations to my favorites list. Admiring others works is a positive thing that I think works both ways. So that's why I'm disappointed when more and more of the people collecting favs with my work don't actually have any work of their own to share. They're only interested in collecting people's works. I'm not sure which is worse, that, or those accounts that post other people's works as their own. That's my two-c
