To make it more effective, the hands could be more feminine. While the image does have a strong emotional effect, the fact that the hands are masculine looking could suggest that she was forced?

Harrasment, family politics, and patriarcal society dissagrees with this statement. I know three woman who had forced abortions. It changes them. They are not the only ones.
