I feel my mind slowly mixing the ideas and images from this year into a steady stream of consciousness. I sense that my hard copy portfolio is finally taking shape. I also find myself taking my work much more seriously then before, and wanting to actually say something, rather than simply create.

Need to get another coca-cola ...

So, after about 6+ months of shoots every weekend (sometimes twice) I have acumilated between 50,000 to 75,000 images from my artistic nudes. And I am overwhelmed!

I need time to go through the images to find the ones that really speak to me and then post them here for your viewing pleasure. So this Fall I will be shooting less and devoting more time into my hard copy portfolio and hopefully land a showing at a local gallery.

I can see a lot of textured images heading for this site so all of you, I hope you enjoy.

Well it's been a busy season and I have far too many images to go through and post at the moment. Which is why there is an Autumn; a time for relaxing, and catching up with the thousands of images. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy going through them to find that those gems, those beautiful photos that I had been fighting to capture.

This has been an incredible summer filled with collaborations with incredibly talented models and endless possibilities of themes and ideas for explore. And I've only just touched the surface.

The year has been a great one for me, which oddly enough, is working out because of my selfishness. The last few years as I've been developing my book I'd find myself more often then not, compromising what I wanted to shoot, and getting what the models wanted for theirs'. This year I have devoted almost all of my time and shoots to what I wanted to do; b/w artistic and (soon to follow) surreal nudes. My game is better, my mind is focused, and my images actually appear the way that I thought they should.

But at this stage I must thank each and every model that I have worked with. Without you all I would not have been able to make it this far with so many wonderful photos. Also I really truly admire those here on DA which have taken the time to either tag one of my images as a favorite or left a comment/compliment for me. It makes me feel like I'm doing something that people actually enjoy seeing.

I've finally found myself in the creative mood to start my darker textured imagery again. I've been stocking up my photoshoots to give me a wider base of with to work with and I now ready to start the process. With any luck I should have a batch of new images to post here in the coming days. Enjoy

My work is finally taking the steps into the darker realms of which I have always wished they would. And all it took was a few nights of editing, a few shots of sambuca, and the occasional musical influences of Brian Williams and Boyd Rice. I've still got tons of things to explore this summer, but I'm hoping to have one hell of a strong book of alternative nudes ready to go by the Fall. This is developing into one exciting year for my work.
