As is case 50% of the time, I have a nice cold for Xmas. Doesn't bother me too much. I mean it's shitty having a cold but at least I don't get the flu. I haven't had that in decades.

It gives me time to go through the thousands of images I've taken these last few months and find the images that I think fit this portfolio. I do allot of digital editing to many of the images to give them a textures, aged look. It's what I enjoy the most. But lately I've been getting more curious in trying to keep everything within camera and try to shoot like a "real" photographer. I've also been looking into styling that pushes the boundaries of ordinary wardrobes. So it could be an exciting 2009.

At this time I want to thank everyone who has helped make my work the best is can be. And as per usual, I big warm hug and thank you to my muse, Alexia Flux; a truly gifted model who could very well be at the beginning of a great career.

Obama won as I had always thought and hoped he would.

Autumn is in full swing with cool tempuratures, rain and fallen leaves.

And I'm getting back into my beautiful dark themes for the next few months. Darkness in music, paintings, photography, sculpture, etc inspires me to get in contact with my inner demons and force them out into my shoots. Hopefully something of interest will be realized. Stay tuned.

Well it was a good summer, but not a busy one. Which means I'm back to where I was last Fall. It's time to get back to the shoots that really mean something for me, that speak my language. The two that I've uploaded this evening are warm up examples of what I want to focus on; darker, mysterious, surreal imagery that may make some uncomfortable. I don't do it because I want to provoke people but rather answer a calling from within me. Who knows where this might lead ...

The start of another Spring and I can't wait for the clouds to finally take a side on rain or sun for the day. So I venture outdoors to try and find something that will fuel my passions for image making.

I have started a new series this year that incorporates body parts within outdoor settings. The goal is to see how far I can push the images until they become one and/or unrecognisable between each other. I don't know if this will end up working the way I see it in my head. Only time will tell.

As for future projects I can only hope that the weekend jobs keeping coming so that our drea trip to italy next year will become a reality. is it too soon to start the 12 month countdown?

Wow. What a difference a few months can do to a person's portfolio.

I recently decided to get more serious about my work and what I bring to each shoot by renting some mono lights and the difference in my current work to my past is like night and day. I'm almost too embarassed in showcasing any of my work that occurred prior to the Autumn of 2007.

I've gathered a steady group of models, MUAs and stylists together for my future shoots that will make it easier for me to maintain the current quality of my work and content at a level I think could be publishable. I've worked hard to get here and I have so many people to thank for their time and efforts to help me get to where I am today. But for now I want to thank Peter, Missy, Tiffany, Jamie, Robekkah, and my wife, Diane for all of their support, encouragement and dedication behind my work and what it has and will achieve in the coming months/years.

I see many great things coming our way this year and I don't want to spoil it for anyone.
